Referrals to any Unicore Health Physical Therapy clinic can be made by calling the most convenient location. Physical Therapy appointments can usually be arranged within 24 hours of the physicians referral. We accept walk-in patients upon request at all locations. Treatment schedules are planned to minimize interruptions of a patient's work schedule and daily routines.
Upon request, Functional Capacity Evaluations can be delivered to a physicians on the same day testing is performed. Normal turn around time is 48 hours.
