Unicore Bios : Raj Pandya, MD, FAAOS Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Pandya is the founder of Unicore Health, which embodies his vision of creating a communication platform that transcends verticals to integrate business, technology and clinical services. This common "language" of data introduces paradigm shifts in conventional thinking to allow for synergistic approaches to solutions. He is a practicing fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine in Atlanta as Director of the Atlanta Knee and Shoulder Clinic. Dr. Pandya graduated with honors with the accelerated BS/MD degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and was selected to the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies. Dr. Pandya has and continues to serve as Team Physician to professional, Olympic, National and collegiate athletic teams. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Muhlenberg College. He has a long history as a case manager and vocational expert and has worked in the workers’ compensation field for over 25 years. He was instrumental in the development of the Unicore Job Analysis. Mr. Smith has thirty-five years experience in Behavior and Task Analysis with emphasis on organizational applications. He has held a variety of management positions along the way and has worked with the senior management team at Unicore for 10 years. Mr. Smith has served as a member of the adjunct faculty at several local colleges in both Georgia and Florida teaching courses in organizational psychology, management, and human development. Beaumont Chatham VP Business Development Director Military Services Mr. Chatham is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he attained a Bachelors of Business Administration. An Atlanta, GA native, Beau comes to our team with a background of over 30 years in training and instructional design. His experiences include training assignments in the U.S. military, biotechnology and pharmaceutical therapies, broadcast media sales automation, and online technology platforms. In his spare time, Mr. Chatham runs Warrior Life Coach, a life coaching practice that assists transitioning U.S. service members from the military into the civilian workplace and he volunteers as a life skills coach for wounded warriors at the Shepherd Center's SHARE Initiative. Deb’s career path led her into the legal and investigative arenas of criminal and labor law, with a specialty in arbitration, which evolved into a primary focus of Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Medicine. This arena has afforded her a prominent and successful run of more than twenty-five years with additional Senior healthcare experience in outpatient services, urgent care, physical therapy, and diagnostic programs. Within this realm she has demonstrated skills in business development including public relations, sales and marketing, recruitment, leadership training, team building, and problem analysis. Secretary & Treasurer Mr. Schleicher practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, general corporate transactions, commercial lending, software licensing, securities compliance and asset-based finance with Jampol, Schleicher, Jacobs & Papadakis, LLP. He was admitted to the Bar in 1987 after a successful career as a CPA. His financial background has enabled him to advise his clients as their business advisor as well as their legal advisor. He has worked with many start-ups in the high technology field and is currently also a Member and Manager of Focal Point Advisors, LLC, a business advisory firm. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Schleicher was a partner with the law firm of Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP, a 450+ lawyer firm based in Atlanta, Georgia and Raleigh, North Carolina. CPA General Counsel Michael is a corporate and securities lawyer with C-level experience and proven track record of successful negotiation with large firm and public company counterparts. With twenty years of patent law experience as a registered United States Patent Attorney, David has successfully prosecuted over 200 U.S. utility patents, 300 U.S. design patents and over 50 international patents with the PCT/WIPO. She is the Director for SPARK Health center that integrates AHRQ best practices in prevention to clinical medicine and corporate Health. Dr. Iyer completed her Preventive Medicine residency and Masters in Public Health at Loma Linda University. She is board certified in Occupational / Environmental Medicine and Preventive Medicine and she is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. She has also completed Fellowship in Transplantation Surgery from the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated from University of Mysore in India. After completing her surgical residency she served on the surgical faculty of Kasturba Hospital. Dr. Iyer has been practicing medicine for over 15 years.
